Booking Information

Here’s some information you may find useful if you have made a booking, or are considering booking an appointment with me.

To book an apointment:
My normal working hours are Monday-Thursday 9.30am-4pm. I can sometimes be flexible, but there is a surcharge for out-of-hours as explained below.

Due to several ‘No Shows’ during 2023, I am now requiring a deposit to secure your appointment for in-person sessions. This deposit is only non-refundable in the case of a cancellation on the day or a ‘No Show’. Deposits are:

  • £10 for any in-person appointments
  • £25 for first Natural Health Consultation with Kinesiology (this is because I set aside up to 3hrs for this appointment)

A payment link is included on the thank you page after booking, and also in your booking confirmation email.

Natural Health Consultations with Kinesiology:

  • Please bring with you any supplements and medication you are taking so I can include these in the testing.
  • It is helpful if you download and print the health information form so you can fill it out in advance to save valuable time during the session (click here: Client Health Info Form). However, if you prefer, I can fill this form out with you at your session. This isn’t needed for the Express ‘MOT’ service as you only need to fill out a shorter form for that.
  • Please wear non-restrictive comfortable clothes. You will only need to remove jewellery and shoes.
  • Please bear in mind that you are probably going to need to purchase supplements/remedies, most of which will be available in my shop. I do try to keep these to a minimum for you, by only recommending what is needed as a priority to keep your costs down.


Payments:
I take payment by cash or debit/credit card at your session. The card payments can be sent as a link to your phone so you can make the transaction provately if you wish. I can also take payment this way through Clearpay which allows you to pay in 4 equal payments over 6 weeks. Or you may pay by Paypal using the link paypal.me/danibryant. Any items needed from Shop Holistic can be paid by cash or card.
With the current threat of a transition to a cashless society, please pay by cash whenever possible so we can try to keep cash alive!

Reminders: I will endeavour to send you a reminder of your appointment usually the day before by text, email or Facebook message (however you contacted me to make the booking), but please do not rely on this! Please reply as soon as possible if you need to change it.

Session times include a consultation before your therapy, and some time at the end of your treatment for recovery, questions and any guidance needed over a much-needed glass of filtered water!
PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes sessions will last shorter or longer than expected due to the work needed at the time. To ensure you are charged fairly, if it looks like the session will take longer than expected, I will give you the option of extending your session if possible at a rate of £10 per half hour.
If you are on a budget, or you need a time limit set due to other commitments, please let me know at the time of booking so I can tailor your session accordingly!

Out of Hours/Evening and Weekend appointments: I regret I am unable to take appointments outside of my usual working hours at present.

Booking Conditions: 

I need to put the following policies in place due to previous bad experience as I often travel to my therapy room specifically for your session, and work my Shop Holistic and grandchild-minding duties around my bookings. So missed and late appointments can be costly and extremely inconvenient for myself and my family. I am also often booked up a couple of weeks at a time, and your appointment could have been taken by someone who needs to see me quickly.

Late arrivals: I should probably still be able to see you, but may not be able to give you the entire time. This could mean the increased likelihood of having to return to complete the session. For treatments with price ranges which are charged dependent on time spent, this time will be measured from the booked start time of your appointment, and not your arrival time.

Cancellations: Please give me as much notice as possible and a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or change your appointment. Same day cancellations are subject to a £30 charge.

Missed appointments: Due to previous bad experiences due to my good nature being taken advantage of, it is now my policy to charge full price for missed appointments where I have not received any notice of cancellation.
Furthermore, it is my policy to refuse future bookings from anyone who misses an appointment and does not give me the courtesy of an explanation. This is a total lack of appreciation and respect for my time, energy, and costs incurred in making myself available for your appointment, and inconsiderate to others who could have benefitted from an earlier appointment due to having an urgent issue.
