Energy mis-match is a kinesiology ‘add-on’ technique which corrects how your body recognises the energy of a substance or chemical, whether this be a body part or biochemical, a foreign substance, a nutrient or anything that has energy! It can be used to energetically correct allergies, addictions, abnormal secretion/retention of nutrients/heavy metals/etc, persistent pathogens and parasites that can take up residence in our bodies and even some autoimmune conditions. Below I am detailing my experiences of using this technique on myself.

September 2016 – after attending the mis-match course I purchased some test kits, one being a breast kit. I made sure there were no diseases that my body did not recognise as something my immune system needed to attack, and 2 showed up as mis-matched so I corrected them. I wonder if this could have been a contributing factor in my excellent results from the thermography imaging which showed my breast health had improved significantly in only 3 months?

January 2017 – after discovering I have candida back after staying on the ketogenic diet too extreme and too long, I performed energy mis-match on candida to help my body to clear it.

May 2017 – I discovered a couple of weeks ago by kinesiology testing that my body was not recognising my thyroid gland. This would explain why my metabolism is so low, why all my hair tests suggest low thyroid function, and my recent thermography imaging showed inflammation around my thyroid (could even be contributor to the breast problems last year). I have performed an energetic correction on this and have lost a little weight since and my symptoms regarding this have lessened 😊 I guess time will now tell. Both my daughters also had this mis-match which is very interesting and to me, and may suggest a hereditary autoimmune such as Hashimotos.

May 2017 – my hair test at the end of last year showed extremely off-the-chart-low potassium levels. I had not addressed this due to having candida at the time and this was showing as a priority to treat, but the last few weeks my body has been sending me increasingly stronger messages reminding me of this imbalance that I kind-of forgotten about – giddiness, a few heart palpatations, headaches, and this morning quite extreme giddiness and vertigo. I am testing myself this afternoon to check my body is recognising potassium and using it properly, and that I am not producing too much aldesterone which regulates potassium levels. In the meantime I made myself a lush potassium rich smoothie of raw cacao, 2 bananas, manuka honey and a spoon of kefir in almond milk.
As suspected, my body didn’t recognise potassium and despite my very low level on the hair test, my body was reacting like it was a poison! Now I have corrected it and it is strong on potassium now, so we will wait and see!

Sept 2017 – I recently have been having magnesium deficiency symptoms which were increasing to the point where I had a ganglion cyst on my wrist and calcific tendonitis in my shoulder (very painful!). I discovered through kinesiology testing that I had mis-matched to magnesium and therefore my body was not utilising the magnesium I had been receiving in the bath (and may not even have been absorbing it!). After correction of the mis-match, literally both problems disappeared within a week! So the advice I would give regarding this, if you are taking a remedy or a supplement (magnesium or otherwise), and it is not working, it would be worth testing for a mis-match (you will need to find a kinesiologist who is trained in this practice). I will be including this testing much more extensively in my practice.
